How much does a coworking space cost in Lisbon per month?
Lisbon's coworking market is wide: the most expensive monthly hot desk costs about three times the cheapest serious one.
Monthly prices in 2026
| Space | Per month |
|---|---|
| Heden, membership | from 99 euros, VAT included |
| IDEA Spaces, Lisbon WorkHub, hot desk | 125 euros |
| Second Home, roaming desk | 165 euros plus VAT |
| Cowork Central, hot desk | 175 euros |
| LACS, Flex Desk | from 220 euros plus VAT |
| Impact Hub, Fixed Desk | 220 to 300 euros plus VAT |
| LACS, Fix Desk | from 290 euros plus VAT |
| Second Home, resident desk | 325 euros plus VAT |
Impact Hub also sells a Flex Desk from 85 euros plus VAT for one day a week or 150 for two, and LACS sells single days from 20 euros plus VAT and weeks from 70. Heden's membership starts at 99 euros with VAT included, across Rossio, Santa Apolónia, Alvalade, Chiado and Trindade. IDEA Spaces, Lisbon WorkHub and Cowork Central come from an August 2026 price round up by Monis; the Second Home, Heden, LACS and Impact Hub figures come from each space's own site, read on 26 September 2026.
Check the VAT line
Portuguese VAT (IVA) is 23 percent, and coworking prices are quoted both ways. A Second Home roaming desk at 165 euros plus VAT is 202.95 euros out the door, while Heden quotes VAT included. Ask "com IVA?" before comparing two numbers.
Monthly membership or passes?
If you need a desk most weekdays, a monthly membership wins. For a lighter month, Heden's day passes start at 10 euros with VAT included and Second Home sells day passes at 25 euros plus VAT, in bundles of three, five or seven, plus a community membership of five visits a month at 125 euros plus VAT. Around ten days a month is roughly where passes stop being cheaper than the entry memberships.
Dedicated desks and private offices cost noticeably more than hot desks. Most memberships include meeting room credits and events, and many run month to month rather than on a long contract. Our Lisbon coworking guide to the spaces themselves covers hours, locations and how to pick one.
