How much is a studio, T1 or T2 in Lisbon per month?
Portuguese listings describe a flat by its number of bedrooms: T0 is a studio, T1 has one bedroom, T2 two, and so on. Here is what each size asks in Lisbon in September 2026.

Centre or outside

Moving out of the centre saves about 350 euros a month on a one bedroom.
Which neighbourhood moves the number
Investropa puts young professionals at 1,200 to 1,700 euros a month in Arroios, Avenidas Novas and Alcântara, and families at 1,700 to 2,800 euros for a larger flat in Alvalade, Campo de Ourique and Parque das Nações. The dearest parishes are Santo António, at about 27 euros per square metre, then Misericórdia and Santa Maria Maior at about 25. Benfica, Lumiar, Olivais and Carnide are the cheapest.
What these figures are not
