Which coworking spaces are on Koh Tao and how much do they cost?

Two spaces on a small island is the honest scale of it. Both are close to Mae Haad, the pier village.

Prices and hours

The Blacktip rates come from its own price list, which also notes that the private office is priced on top of a coworking membership and that payment is in cash or by Thai QR, not by credit card. The Nomadwise listing for the same space still shows 300 THB a day and 1,500 THB a week, which is out of date; both agree on 3,500 THB a month. TaoHub's figures come from Digital Nomads World, which calls the monthly rate negotiable, so confirm at the desk. For a benchmark, Nomads.com prices an island hot desk at USD 142 a month.

What you get at Blacktip

Fourteen seats and two standing desks, two soundproof phone booths and one private office. Blacktip's site lists WiFi 7 at up to 1,000 Mbps down and 500 Mbps up, two fibre lines with automatic 5G failover, battery backed network gear and a generator for the whole office. The sauna and ice bath run 11:00 to 20:00 and come with the week and month passes, and you need to sign up before 21:00. What TaoHub is for

The clock. Blacktip closes at midnight; if your clients are on the US west coast, round the clock access is the reason to pay about 1,500 THB more a month.

Cafes instead

Nomad Photographer, updated in December 2025, singles out Hype Coffee as one of the few places with its own generator; it closes at 17:00 and on Tuesdays. The Factory Cafe stays open until 21:00, and a few cafes close as early as 16:00. None of them replaces a desk for a full working week.
